When subscribing to PsyReflect digest, we collect the following information:
- Email address — to send digest issues.
- Language preference — to deliver content in your chosen language (Russian or English).
- IP address — automatically recorded on site visits for analytics. Not linked to personal data.
2. How We Use Data
Collected data is used exclusively for:
- Sending regular PsyReflect digest issues.
- Analyzing audience behavior (opens, clicks) to improve content.
- Technical service maintenance.
We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on Hetzner servers in the European Union (Finland). Infrastructure complies with GDPR requirements.
Data is retained until you unsubscribe or submit a deletion request. After unsubscription, email and associated data are deleted within 30 days.
4. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request complete deletion of all your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON).

5. Cookies & Analytics
PsyReflect uses Umami — a self-hosted, open-source analytics platform. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect personal data.
We do not use third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or retargeting systems. There are no third-party cookies on this site.
