About

Where the content comes from. Who edits it. Why it works this way.

Mission

PsyReflect exists so that mental health practitioners can stay current with the latest research without spending hours monitoring dozens of sources.

Each issue is hand-curated: from hundreds of publications, 6–7 articles are selected for maximum clinical relevance. Source quality, applicability, and scientific rigor — three filters every piece of content passes through.

We believe access to quality information should be simple. 5 minutes of reading twice a week instead of 4 hours of independent searching — that is not a compromise, it is an engineering solution.

What's Inside

Every PsyReflect issue is structured around four permanent categories, so you can immediately see what matters most to you:

  • Research — recent RCTs, meta-analyses, and systematic reviews from PubMed, Cochrane, APA PsycNET. Focus on trauma, anxiety disorders, evidence-based approaches.
  • Tool — clinical scales, protocols, techniques. What you can apply in your work with a client next week.
  • Industry — regulatory changes, professional organization news, mental health service market trends.
  • Resource — conferences, books, free courses, grants. Opportunities for professional development.

An anonymous digest in a medical niche has no credibility — that is not an opinion, it is a fact. Every PsyReflect article passes through the clinical lens of an editor with hands-on experience in trauma and PTSD.

Andrey is a clinical psychologist, researcher in traumatic stress and PTSD, founder of Mentallect and Soveria. Specialization: psychotrauma, PTSD, measurement-based care. Practical experience with complex PTSD and addictions shapes the curation focus. Creator of the Mental Engineering method, author of scientific articles and research.

Audience

PsyReflect is for practitioners for whom the evidence-based approach is not a marketing term but a working standard:

  • Clinical and counseling psychologists
  • Psychotherapists (CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, schema therapy)
  • Psychiatrists and residents
  • Mental health researchers
  • Supervisors and clinic directors

If you run a private practice or work in a clinic and want a filtered stream of relevant research — PsyReflect was built for you.
